Introduction:

When you use our website, we acquire your personal data. Personal data is data that is traced to you as a person. This data is necessary for handling and sending your order, for example your name, the address for delivering the package and an e-mail address for sending the tracking code. Below is a concise overview of who we are, why we save your data, how long we retain it, how you can inspect the data and how you can have it removed.

Our identity:

JerdaPharma BV
Kievitweg 4
4791 RW Klundert – The Netherlands

Chamber of Commerce number: 58716564

Telephone number: +31 (0)78 6455091

E-mail address: [email protected]

The purpose of processing:

If you order something from our web shop, we need your personal data in order to handle your order and to keep you informed about the progress of your order. This data is also necessary for any possible returns.

The data that we gather from you are: e-mail address, name, address (perhaps also a delivery address), IP address, payment details and your telephone number.

Retention period:

We save your data for 3 years following the purchase of a product. We do this because the shelf life of our products is often 3 years and therefore we must be able to guarantee food safety for the entire 3-year period.

The product ordered has a batch number. That way we always know the destination of the product and when it was sent. This traceability is part of our food safety plan. In other words: if there is a problem with a product you purchased and we want to inform you of this, then we would need to contact you.

Protection:

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. The entire website operates under a secured connection, which you can recognise by the ‘https’ at the beginning of the web address and the symbol of a padlock in your browser bar. Furthermore, we have concluded a processing agreement with all the external parties that work with us, for example the post-processing company that delivers your order or the payment provider. These agreements define in writing how your data is treated.

JerdaPharma employees routinely attend courses about how to maintain high standards with regard to information. In addition, an independent check is carried out regularly to check whether security is at a high level. JerdaPharma NEVER sells personal data.

Personal data is shared with:

  • Our logistics service, the company that delivers the order. We work with PostNL.
  • Our payment provider, the company that settles the payment of your order. We work with Buckaroo.
  • Payment by credit. If you opt to pay later on, then your payment is processed by AfterPay. AfterPay reserves the right to do a credit rating check by an external agency.
  • The government, e.g., the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority wants to know to where the products are delivered.

JerdaPharma does not sell your data

Jerdapharma does not sell your data. To no one. All JerdaPharma employees are bound to clear instructions and rules about how to handle personal data properly. In addition, every year we organise courses about how to maintain high standards regarding information.

Right to inspect, correct or change personal data:

It is possible that you might be curious to know which data we save, to check whether this data is correct or you have other reasons for enquiring. It is your right. If necessary, you can also have your data deleted.

For inspecting, correcting or removing your personal data, please contact [email protected] or call +31 (0)78 6455091. We will take care of this free of charge.
