ORDERS AND SHIPMENT
I would like to order a product. How do I do that?
To order products, please use the website menu: select one or more products. To add the desired product to your shopping cart, click the button: add to shopping cart. Afterwards, follow the easy steps shown to complete your order. Are you having problems? If so, please contact us so that we can assist you where necessary.
How is my order shipped to me?
After we receive your order, we will carefully pick it. The order will then be packed in new, well protected boxes, including protective foil if necessary. PharmaHorse hereby ensures that your order is always delivered to you in perfect condition. The boxes can be recognized by the unique, white-blue PharmaHorse tape.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
All products displayed on our website are in plentiful stock in our warehouse. This large stock enables us to guarantee that if products are ordered before 22:00 they will be shipped to you by post on the same day. The delivery time depends on the specific location where you live. After you have placed your order, we will send you a corresponding Track & Trace code. You can use this code at any time to see the location of your package and when it is due for delivery.
I have a shop. Can I place a business order?

How can I be certain that the quality of my products is guaranteed?
All PharmaHorse products are 100% pure, and do not contain any additives, colourings or flavourings. In addition, all products are manufactured in Europe in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. These strict quality criteria, as well as the fact that the raw materials are pharmaceutical grade (suitable for human consumption), ensure that the products are of the highest quality. All PharmaHorse products are guaranteed 100% sugar-free and drug-free.
How is it that PharmaHorse products are so inexpensive?
Over the years, PharmaHorse has grown to such a degree that it has managed to achieve a significant volume and market share. Purchasing volume has increased as a result, thus enabling lower prices for the benefit of consumers. Despite these inexpensive prices, you can rest assured that our products are the highest guaranteed quality. Product quality comes first at PharmaHorse.
Are PharmaHorse products really 100% pure?
All PharmaHorse products are 100% guaranteed pure. All products are produced without unnecessary fillers and sugars. We are therefore able to guarantee that all our products are free of: Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Sorbitol and other sweeteners. You only give the active ingredient, without unnecessary additives. The advantage of this is that you only need to give a small amount each day to achieve the recommended dosage and that you are not giving any harmful substances such as colourings and sweeteners.
My horse is a fussy eater. Do horses enjoy eating these products?
During product development, attention is always given to whether horses enjoy eating the products. Horses really enjoy eating all these products, including the fussiest eaters, despite the fact that they contain no flavouring and sweeteners. We provide plenty of useful tips in order to get even the most difficult eaters to eat our products effortlessly. Please feel free to ask us.
Are PharmaHorse prices the same everywhere?
We try to keep prices the same everywhere and advice stores to abide by the recommended retail price. If you find that this is not the case, then we would very much appreciate it if you let us know.

What kinds of products can I order on www.pharmahorse.com?
PharmaHorse sells high-quality nutritional supplements for horses, cats and dogs. These are sold respectively under the names: PharmaHorse ™, PharmaDog™ and PharmaCat™. The products are developed according to the latest scientific insights and often in collaboration with veterinarians and specialists. All products are composed to deliver the maximum responsible dosage to ensure that the desired result is achieved.
What are the products used for?
During the development of our products the animal comes first at all times, with convenience of use in second place. The aim of the products is to make a positive contribution to quality of life. We have a diverse range and each product has a different use. For example, we have products to support: the musculoskeletal system, coat, relaxation and much more.
Which product should I choose?
Click on any product in the product overview and you will be taken to the product information page. You can then read a brief description of what the products are used for. PAYMENT
I want to order a product. What payment methods can I use?
The order menu gives you several options to pay for products. Our payment provider ICEPAY allows you to choose from the following methods: Credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.
How can I be sure that my payment is made securely?
The PharmaHorse website is secured using the strict SSL certificate. You can recognize this by the lock icon at the top of your browser. This security ensures that all data is processed using a secure connection. This is the same connection that banks use for their data transfer.
I have never used online shopping and payment. What should I do?
You may be unfamiliar with online shopping and payment and are unable to order your product successfully online. If this is the case, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. PRODUCT RETURNS
I have received a product, but would like to return it. Is that possible?
It may be that the product you have received is no longer needed for whatever reason. You may return all products, as long as they are unopened, within 30 days. To return a product, please do the following: cross out your own address and write: return to sender on the box before sending us the package. Please make sure that you leave your address details inside the box, so that we know who has sent the package. Once we receive your product, we will credit your account.
I ordered and received the wrong product. Can I exchange it?
In some cases, you may discover that you have ordered the incorrect product when it arrives. Exchanging products is not a problem at PharmaHorse. You can return the unopened product. Simply let us know the product you desire. If your new order is less expensive, we will pay you the difference by bank transfer. If your new order is more expensive, then please pay us the difference in price.
