Hypozin 100 gram injector for external use.
Supports and protects the maintenance of a strong, healthy hoof radius. Hypozin strengthens and protects, so that the hoof frog has the chance to recover.
To treat thrush the hoof should first be cleaned. The rotting parts of the frog must be cut away, preferably by a farrier. Opening up the rotting area is important, since this reduces the growth of * bacteria that cause thrush. Apply a layer of Hypozin to the cleaned frog afterwards. The treated area will dry up and also be disinfected. Rub in daily repeatedly until a satisfactory result is achieved.
Hypozin is tested for Fusobaterium necrophorum, the bacteria that causes thrush, by an independent laboratory.
Hypozin contains a very high concentration of zinc oxide, as opposed to zinc salve (zinc salve only contains 10% zinc oxide). The zinc oxide component has a drying effect and offers protection from the effects of body fluids (urine and faeces in the stables).
The balanced formulation of essential ingredients is targeted to ensure the specific effect of Hypozin.
- Zinc oxide
- Slightly astringent
- Drying and moisture floating
- Anti-itching / cooling
- Algae and fungus resistant
- Zinc chloride
- Prevents unwanted reactions with the raw materials because metals and acids have been removed from the water
- Reduces the risk of bacterial spoilage
- Added to medical preparations to achieve a smoothing and soothing effect
Hypozin contains 100 grams of product per injector. This is sufficient for a treatment of 3 - 4 weeks.
