Vitamin C is the most widely used dietary supplement in the world. Vitamin C has a positive impact on the immune system and helps maintain good immunity during and after physical exertion. The beneficial effect is obtained at a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Dosage:
