Promotion terms & conditions

These promotion terms and conditions apply to the promotions and discounts published by PharmaHorse.

There are multiple promotions possible on our website, like loyal customer discount, a stack action (including free sample package), discount codes and vouchers. Below are the terms and conditions for each promotion.

Loyal customer discount:
The following terms and conditions apply to the loyal customer discount:

  • Loyal customer discount is only valid after creating an account on the website
  • To be able to use the loyal customer discount, you must be logged in to your account
  • the loyal customer discount is immediately visible in the shopping cart
  • Loyal customer discount gives 5% discount
  • The loyal customer discount is not redeemable for cash
  • If a product is cancelled or returned, the discount on that product expires
  • If all of the products are returned, all discount expire

Sample package:
The following promotional terms and conditions apply to sample package:

  • 1 free sample package per order
  • The promotion as shown in the shopping cart is leading
  • The sample package must be chosen by the customer and will be sent with the order, a subsequent delivery is not possible
Of course, the sample package may be passed on to family/friends.

Stack action:
The following terms and conditions apply to the stack action:

  • The free products of our stack action are not exchangeable for other products or cash
  • The free products as shown in the shopping cart are leading
  • The free products must be chosen by the customer and will be sent with the order, a subsequent delivery is not possible
  • If, after cancelling a product, the order amount no longer meets the minimum order amount for the stack action, we will also cancel these stack products
  • If, after returning a product, the order amount no longer meets the minimum order amount for the stack action, these stack action products must also be returned
  • If these products will not be returned, we will deduct the selling price of these products from the refundable amount.
  • The order amount for the stack action is calculated after deduction of any (loyal customer) discount and/or vouchers.
    Example: The subtotal amount of the products in the cart is €51.90 and you receive a 5% loyal customer discount of €2.60, then the total amount is €49.30. You will then not qualify for the free promotional product at €50.
Of course, the free products may be passed on to family/friends.

Discount codes:
The following terms and conditions apply to discount codes:

  • If a discount code is used, the loyal customer discount may expire. In this case, it will be communicated that the discount code cannot be used in combination with other promotions
  • The discount is not redeemable for cash
  • If a product is cancelled or returned, the discount on that product will expire
  • If several items are returned and as a result you no longer meet the minimum order amount for the discount code (if determined), the discount will be deducted from the refundable amount
  • If all of the products are returned, all discount expire

Vouchers:
We sponsor some competitions and events with vouchers.
The following terms and conditions apply to vouchers:

  • Vouchers cannot be combined with each other
  • A maximum of 1 voucher can be redeemed per order
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash

Frequently asked questions:
When spending €50, you receive a free product, I order for €49.95, will I still receive the free product?

  • Free products can be added to the shopping cart, through a selection menu, when the promotion conditions are met. If a free choice product is not shown in the cart, it will not be included. We cannot make manual exceptions.

My shopping basket shows a different promotional product than the banner of the stack action?

  • We use an overview picture, the products in this picture are random and no rights can be derived from this. The products as shown in the shopping basket selection menu are leading.

What promotion do you have next week?

  • Promotions will be communicated as soon as the promotion starts. It is not possible to communicate about future promotions. Our promotions cannot be used retroactively either.

If situations arise that are not included in our promotion terms and conditions, PharmaHorse will decide on this.
