Promotional terms & conditions

These promotional terms and conditions apply to the campaigns and discounts issued by PharmaHorse.

On the website, you can make use of various promotions, including loyalty discounts, product of the month, bundle promotions, discount codes, pre-sale promotions, and vouchers. The applicable conditions for each promotion are listed below.

Loyalty discount:
The following terms and conditions apply to the loyalty discount:

  • The loyalty discount is only valid after creating an account on the website
  • To use the loyalty discount, you must be logged into your account; the discount is immediately visible in the shopping cart
  • The loyalty discount provides 5% discount
  • The loyalty discount cannot be exchanged for cash
  • If a product is cancelled or returned, you will receive the amount you paid (after discount) back 
  • If everything is returned, the full discount will be void

Product of the month:
The following terms and conditions apply to the product of the month:

  • Every month, PharmaHorse selects a product as product of the month
  • The product of the month is available during that specific month with a 10% discount
  • This 10% discount is fixed and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts 
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash
  • If a product is cancelled or returned, you will receive the amount paid (after discount) back
  • If everything is returned, the full discount will be void 

Bundle promotion:
The following terms and conditions apply to the bundle promotion: 

  • The free products from our bundle promotion cannot be exchanged for other products or cash
  • The free products as shown in the shopping cart are leading
  • The free products must be selected by yourself and are shipped together with the order; subsequent delivery is not possible
  • If, after cancelling a product, the minimum order amount for the bundle promotion is no longer met, the bundle promotion products will also be cancelled
  • If, after returning a product, the minimum order amount for the bundle promotion products is no longer met, these bundle promotion products must also be returned
  • If we do not receive these products back, we will deduct the retail price of the bundle promotion products from the amount to be refunded
  • The order amount for the bundle promotion is calculated after deduction of any (loyalty) discounts and/or vouchers 
  • Example: The subtotal amount of the products in the shopping cart is €51.90 and you receive a 5% loyalty discount of €2.60, making the total amount €49.30. You will then not qualify for the free promotional product at €50.

Discount codes:
The following terms and conditions apply to the discount codes:

  • When using a discount code, the loyalty discount may be cancelled. It will be indicated if the code cannot be combined with other promotions 
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash
  • If a product is cancelled or returned, you will receive the amount paid (after discount) back
  • If multiple items are returned and you no longer meet the minimum order amount (if applicable), the discount will be deducted from the refund
  • If everything is returned, the full discount will be void 

Pre-sale discount:
The following terms and conditions apply to the Pre-sale discount:

  • The pre-sale is only available to customers subscribed to the newsletter 
  • The pre-sale gives earlier access to promotions
  • Customers who are both subscribed and have an account receive an additional 5% loyalty discount on the promotional price during pre-sale
  • The 5% loyalty discount is only valid if you have an account with PharmaHorse
  • If you are only subscribed to the newsletter without an account, you get early access but no extra 5% discount
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash
  • If a product is cancelled or returned, you will receive the amount paid (after discount) back
  • If everything is returned, the full discount will be void 

Vouchers:
We sponsor certain competitions and events with vouchers. 
The following terms and conditions apply to the vouchers:

  • Vouchers cannot be combined 
  • A maximum of 1 voucher can be redeemed per order
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash 

Frequently asked questions:

If I spend € 50, I receive a free product. If I order €49.95, will I still receive it?

  • Free products can be selected in the shopping cart via a selection menu when conditions are met. If no free product is shown, it will not be included. No manual exceptions can be made 

My cart shows a different product than the bundle promotion banner?

  • The banner uses a sample image; products shown are random and no rights can be derived. The selection menu in the cart is leading 

What promotions will you have next week?

  • Promotions are announced when they start. No correspondence is possible about future promotions, and promotions cannot be applied retroactively 

If situations arise not covered by these terms, PharmaHorse will decide.
